Starting anything new is always ... problematic at best, but trying to find a web address for my new blog was beyond problematic!! However, I have now begun, which is more than my resolution of baking one cake a week to, not only practise, but learn new recipes and techniques. Illness forced a delay to this resolution.

Look at that glaze, so shiny!! This is the Martha Stewart Chocolate Bundt Cake and has been added to the list, and until I buy a bundt tin, it will be a Dundee cake first up.
